We warranty all our products against manufacturing-related problems or defects for 24 months. Warranty is not transferable, and it applies only to the original purchaser. If the item is not purchased from TORZC official online store, proof of purchase will be required with all potential warranty claims.
We do not warranty against failure or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, using the product for a purpose other than its intended usage or alternation/modify of the product’s components.
