How to return a unwanted item (not faulty) ?

For any unwanted items, the goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging. You may need to pay for the shipping cost with the original packaging.

What to do if I receive a wrong item ?

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us.

What to do if I receive a faulty item ?

For any manufacturing faulty products, simply send the items with the original packaging. TORZC will pay for the return shipping costs.

How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 90 days returns policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with an item and it has not been used or fitted, you can return it to us within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

When will my refund shown up in my bank account ?

Don’t worry, as long as the returning item meets the criteria of our return policies, we will do the refund as soon as we receive the item.

If you’ve paid by PayPal your funds will have been refunded to your PayPal account. Refunds to credit cards can take up to ten banking days to appear in your account.

Do my return have to be in the original packaging ?

Yes, if the product is returned in its original packaging, including labels, we will be able to process your return much quicker.

How long does it takes to process a return item ?

Returning items may take between 10-20 business days for us to receive. Once the item is delivered to us, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.

What if the item is not in its original packaging ?

If you’re not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and the component has been unfitted you can return it to us within 45 days of the original date of purchase for a full refund.

Returned goods much be supplied with their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the item for any faulty items (eg damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc).
